Permitting is a form of acquisition which typically occurs at the beginning of a project by which all regulatory or governmental interests which may be affected in a project are identified and approval for said crossings are obtained. Our permitting staff is very efficient and has a comprehensive understanding of all permit needs.
Records management is a critical part of any project, however for our clients utilizing their rights of eminent domain/condemnation under Senate Bill 18 in Texas, creating and capturing accurate records is paramount. Our team of licensed, professional agents will manage that process with an unmatched attention to detail. Additionally, my team regulaurly seeks guidance from outside counsel to ensure that we are fulfilling the requirements of newly changing laws.
